Where are your fire pits located and made?
Everything is built in Edmonton, Alberta. Canada. Proudly Canadian!
I have limited stock on items, otherwise everything is made to order within a one to two week period based on how many orders I have that week. Please contact me if you need an item in a rush!

Do you ship your creations across Canada?
Currently I am only offering local pickup/delivery within Edmonton and the surrounding area. Free of charge.
Please contact us if you would like us to ship a piece to you so we can get a shipping quote together.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship outside Canada, however if you MUST have one of our creations, please contact me and I will be glad to look into it for you.

What payments do you accept?
I accept cash or cheque in person. Cheques must clear before delivery/pickup.

Can I place the fire pits on my deck and will it burn my deck?
My fire pits can get hot, so please be sure to use a firesafe mat and or bricks underneath to disperse the heat.

Do you do custom work?
Normally I do not accept custom creations, however it doesn't hurt to send me an email.

Are these fire pits finished or painted?
Unless stated, fire pits come in raw steel for the end customer to choose how to finish their product.

Will they rust if untreated?
Yes, the raw steel pits will rust to a natural finish. However they are built to last a lifetime with 1/4 inch steel, these are not your cheap, tin fire pits that you find at your local hardware store. You can finish them anyway you choose, if painting your item, please be sure to use a high heat paint, otherwise they will rust to a natural finish that will last you a lifetime.

What is your return policy and do you offer a warranty?
Everything is final sale. There is no warranty on our artistic creations.

Please check with your local bylaws for fire pit regulations.

Metal Mutations is not responsible for any damage caused by not properly placing your fire pit in a fire ready/safe location. Please also understand that as much as you way want to touch our fire pits, they get extremely hot! We are not responsible for any injury resulting from our fire pits or custom bicycles. Please use caution around them and always have adult supervision when in use. Everything sold on Metal Mutations is sold as custom art pieces, and to be used at your own risk.
